All are welcome to attend the Raise Your Spiritual IQ - A Sound of Soul Event on the 3rd Sunday of every month to experience the creative spiritual practice of singing HU. The hour-long meeting has a simple format: a brief introduction, a spiritual reading, followed by a 10 to 20-minute HU song or chant. Attendees can then participate in an uplifting group discussion on spiritual experiences.
